Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Live Stream Business Development Manager in Kuala Lumpur, on-site, with work hours 9:30 AM–6:30 PM or 10:30 AM–7:30 PM. You will recruit agencies and hosts, provide daily support, and analyse performance data to optimize growth for the platform.

You will work closely with agencies, stay ahead of industry trends, and act as a bridge for feedback, helping drive activation, engagement, and retention in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in live streaming, voice chat or social entertainment.
• Experience as platform staff, hosts, agency operators, or host recruiters is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Presentable, adaptable, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner with passion for internet and social entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new agencies and hosts through various channels.
• Understand agencies' needs, provide daily support, and handle enquiries.
• Recommend operational strategies and optimization based on situations.
• Analyse agencies' weekly and monthly performance data.
• Drive agency activation, engagement and retention.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collect market feedback and insights, acting as a bridge between agencies and the platform.
