Job summary

HUMAN TO HUMAN AI SDN. BHD. is seeking a energetic Live Host to join our e-commerce livestreaming team in Kuala Lumpur.

You will host live sessions on TikTok Shop, promote beauty products, engage with viewers and drive sales targets. The role involves 5–8 hour daily sessions, flexibility for multiple sessions, and collaboration with the team on campaigns. Training provided for those new to livestreaming, with a basic salary plus allowances and commissions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and confident on-camera presence.
• Strong presentation and engagement skills for live audiences.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Shopee or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Host live sessions on TikTok Shop, Facebook and Instagram.
• Engage viewers, answer questions and respond to comments during streams.
• Showcase and explain products, highlight promotions and drive sales.
• Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive on-camera demeanor.

Job description

We are looking for an energetic and confident Live Host (TikTok/FB/IG) to join our e-commerce livestreaming team in Kuala Lumpur.

You will host live sessions on TikTok Shop, showcase and explain products, engage with viewers, respond to their questions, highlight ongoing promotions, and encourage purchases to achieve sales targets.

Host live streaming sessions on various platforms to promote beauty products and services.

Host live streaming sessions for 5-8 hours per day, which may be split into multiple sessions.

Introduce, demonstrate and promote products during live sessions.

Engage with viewers, answer questions and encourage purchases.

Work closely with the team on campaigns and sales promotions.

Maintain a positive and professional on-camera presence, including appropriate appearance, tone, and demeanour.

Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Creative, energetic and sales-driven personality.

Familiar with TikTok, Shopee, Instagram or other social media platforms is an advantage.

Experience in live streaming, content creation, sales or e-commerce is an advantage.

Candidates with no prior experience but strong interest in livestreaming are welcome to apply. Training will be provided!

Able to work flexible hours when required.
