ZUCCA COMMERCE SDN BHD is hiring a Live Stream Executive (Operations) to enhance our live commerce strategy. The role focuses on managing daily live stream operations, coordinating hosts and tech teams, and optimizing performance metrics to drive engagement and sales.

You will work with content and marketing teams to refine scripts and promotions, stay updated on trends, and ensure compliance with platform policies, while supporting a rotating shift schedule on-site in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Experience in live streaming or e-commerce is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social commerce platforms like TikTokShop and Shopee Live.
• Basic technical knowledge of livestream equipment and software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Keen interest in Fashion & FMCG products and open to learning new product categories.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, as part of a team.
• 3 months contract with potential extension or conversion to full time.
• 5 working days per week.
• Able to work morning or evening shifts and weekends (rotating shifts).

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily live stream operations, ensuring smooth execution.
• Coordinate with hosts, moderators, and technical teams to ensure timely setup and stream quality.
• Monitor livestream performance metrics (engagement, sales, viewership) and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in creation and management of a live streaming schedule, aligning with campaign plans and goals.
• Ensure compliance with live stream guidelines and platform policies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during live streams to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to optimize live stream scripts, visuals, and promotions.
• Research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in live commerce.
