Private Advertiser is seeking a Live Stream Business Development Manager in Kuala Lumpur, on-site, with work hours 9:30 AM–6:30 PM or 10:30 AM–7:30 PM. You will recruit agencies and hosts, provide daily support, and analyse performance data to optimize growth for the platform.

You will work closely with agencies, stay ahead of industry trends, and act as a bridge for feedback, helping drive activation, engagement, and retention in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in live streaming, voice chat or social entertainment.
• Experience as platform staff, hosts, agency operators, or host recruiters is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Presentable, adaptable, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner with passion for internet and social entertainment.

Live Stream Business Development Manager

Location: KL Gateway, Kuala Lumpur
Work Arrangement: On-site
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new agencies and hosts through various channels and platforms.

Understand agencies’ needs, provide daily support, and address enquiries.

Recommend operational strategies and optimisation suggestions based on different situations.

Analyse agencies’ weekly and monthly performance data.

Drive agency activation, engagement, and retention.

Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Act as a communication bridge between agencies and the platform by collecting market feedback and insights.

Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the live streaming, voice chat, or social entertainment industry is preferred.

Candidates with experience as platform staff, hosts, agency operators, agency owners, host recruiters, or in other related roles within the live streaming or voice room industry are highly preferred.

Good command of MS Office.

Team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Presentable, motivated, and flexible, with strong problem-solving skills.
