Job summary

ALLSTAR IP (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated lighting operator to deliver immersive visuals for MUIN's music, performances and events. You will manage night-time lighting, visuals, and multimedia during operations, ensuring precise timing with the program.

As part of the team, you prepare scenes before doors open, execute live transitions, and perform basic equipment checks. Night shifts, weekends and public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with nightclub lighting and visual systems preferred.
• Familiarity with lighting consoles, LED screens and visual-mixing software.
• Good sense of music, timing and visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate lighting, visual and multimedia systems during operating hours and events.
• Coordinate lighting and visuals with the DJ, performers and event programme.
• Prepare visual content, effects and lighting scenes before opening.
• Execute smooth transitions and live visual effects throughout the night.
• Conduct basic equipment checks and report technical issues.
• Support rehearsals, soundchecks and special events.
• Maintain and organise visual files, lighting presets and technical equipment.
