Job summary

The HGH Convention Centre in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur, seeks an experienced Sound & Lighting Operator to support live events and venue activities. You will manage in-house audio and lighting, ensuring high-quality production across engagements.

Responsibilities include operating GrandMA2 and Avolites Tiger Touch, coordinating with clients and event teams, and delivering cues that meet technical requirements while maintaining reliable performance during weekends and extended hours when needed.

Qualifications

Experience working in live events and dealing directly with clients.
Proficient in GrandMA2 Lighting Console and Avolites Tiger Touch.
Good working knowledge of Sound Operations and Behringer X32.
Able to operate sound and lighting systems independently during live events.
Responsible, reliable and a good team player.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

Operate in-house Sound & Lighting systems during live events.
Manage audio and lighting levels to meet event requirements.
Operate GrandMA2 Lighting Console and Avolites Tiger Touch.
Operate and execute lighting cues according to event requirements.
Communicate and coordinate with clients and event teams on technical requirements.
