Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Events Management or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years in events or entertainment project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop operation plans (event layout and seating) from start to end, including risk management.
• Coordinate with vendors for transport, accommodation and venues within budget.
• Liaise with ticketing vendor to ensure smooth operations and accuracy.
• Manage event expenditure and liaise with finance for invoicing and payment.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Support venue sales and assist in merchandise or customer experience programs.
