Responsibilities include mise en place, stock monitoring, feedback from senior chefs, and a positive, professional work environment. Flexibility to work with various cooking techniques and cuisines is required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes and plating standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your assigned station and cooking equipment
• Following food safety and hygiene protocols consistently throughout your shift
• Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely meal preparation
• Receiving and implementing feedback from senior chefs and kitchen management
• Ensuring consistency in food quality and portion control across all dishes
• Assisting with food preparation, including prepping ingredients and mise en place
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting when supplies need replenishing
• Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen environment
• Adapting to various cooking techniques and cuisines as required by the establishment
