PU Prime is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Executive to manage and optimize lifecycle campaigns across key customer stages. The role emphasizes hands-on execution with Marketo, data segmentation, and automation, while collaborating with Data, Tech, Product, CRM and Creative teams.

You will own audience targeting, journey logic, and campaign plans, with opportunities to expand into push, in-app, web, SMS/WhatsApp, and other lifecycle touchpoints as the team grows.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of lifecycle marketing/CRM experience.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred).
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation and automation logic.
• Ability to manage campaign setup, QA, scheduling, and deployment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and basic analytics.

Aufgaben

• Build, launch, QA, monitor, and optimise lifecycle campaigns and automated journeys.
• Manage journeys across onboarding, activation, verification, deposit, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Build audience segmentation, targeting, suppression, trigger, and campaign logic.
• Translate business objectives into campaign plans covering audience, timing, journey logic, messaging, and CTA.
• Work hands-on with Marketo or similar platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce.
• Review campaign logic and catch targeting, exclusion, scheduling, or QA issues before launch.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend practical improvements.
• Plan and execute A/B tests and apply learnings.
• Investigate issues and propose solutions before escalating.
• Coordinate with Data, Tech, Product, CRM, Creative, Content, and other teams.
• Support lifecycle copywriting, including subject lines, CTAs, and messaging angles.
