Job summary

NEOSCIENCE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Executive to achieve sales targets and enhance accounts across the designated territory in Malaysia. A strong product knowledge base and customer-facing skills are essential to connect with customers and generate sales.

The role emphasizes key account management, after-sales support, new market development, and promotion of laboratory molecular biology products. Willingness to travel within Malaysia and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in Molecular Biology, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical, Biochemistry, Medical Science or related with CGPA 3.00+.
Knowledge in molecular biology; research or industrial experience.
Experience in Next Generation Sequencing and/or Microarray is a plus.
Laboratory experience (tissue culture, qPCR, PCR, NGS) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills; own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
Fresh graduates and experienced sales professionals are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and grow accounts in the designated territory.
Responsible for key account management and after-sales support.
Engage in activities by exploring new markets and developing new accounts.
Promote and manage a range of products to the territory.
Drive sales of laboratory molecular biology reagents, instruments, and consumables.
Meet sales forecast and budget.
Handle inquiries, conduct field visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
Submit regular reports on sales activities, performance and planning to reach targets.
Organize workshops and present at seminars or marketing activities at customer sites.
