Qualifications
- 5+ years in a senior sales role within scientific instruments or lab products.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of spectroscopy, chromatography, lab equipment.
- Excellent consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia and valid driving license.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in scientific laboratory sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate lab products and solutions to clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and tender responses.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing while maintaining profitability.
- Provide technical product knowledge to support decisions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain records of client interactions and pipeline.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
