Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee site activities across construction, installation, testing and pre-commissioning up to Mechanical Completion in Malaysia. You will ensure HSE compliance, budgeted costs, and schedule adherence while coordinating multiple contractors and the project team.

The role requires strong knowledge of onshore/offshore construction execution, familiarity with PEDMS and Navisworks, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Oil & Gas project (onshore/offshore construction).
• Familiar with PEDMS (advantage).
• Familiar with modelling software (e.g., Navisworks) (advantage).
• Familiar in various aspects of onshore/offshore construction execution.
• Skill and familiar with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Power Point).
• Registered with CIDB.
• Have valid OGSP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site construction activities to ensure compliance with project requirements for HSE, quality, schedule, and cost across construction, installation, testing, and pre-commissioning phases up to Mechanical Completion.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by implementing HSE standards, reviewing method statements and JHA, conducting site surveillance, toolbox meetings, PTW/JHA spot checks, and weekly HSE walkabouts.
• Coordinate Construction Supervisors and daily site activities to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule and planned work sequence.
• Plan and coordinate site activities based on material delivery schedules, resource requirements, site conditions, and work priorities.
• Coordinate activities across different disciplines and between Contractors and the Project Management Team to resolve site issues, manage handovers, and maintain smooth project execution.
