Job summary

A Kuala Lumpur-based legal role focusing on contract management, regulatory compliance, and risk advisory. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial, vendor, employment, and customer agreements; advising on local PDPA and other laws; and balancing business objectives with legal risk while coordinating with external counsel as required.

The position is based in Malaysia with on-site responsibilities and opportunities to contribute to governance and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of PDPA, competition and labor laws.
• Ability to manage external counsel and advise on risk.
