Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Senior Legal Counsel with 10+ years of experience in law firms and in-house. You will provide legal advisory on contracts, IP, regulatory compliance and litigation, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and guide management on legal risks.

Experience in cross-border matters across multi-country laws, corporate restructuring, and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years' legal experience in law firm and/or in-house.
• Strong cross-border legal experience, including multi-country laws.
• Experience in M&A and corporate restructuring.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial and regulatory law.
• Admission/eligibility to practise law in Sarawak is an added advantage.
