Job summary

Hydroball Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Executive to support the company’s legal and compliance functions in Johor. The role focuses on drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising management on civil/criminal matters as needed.

You will liaise with external lawyers, conduct legal research, assist in disputes, maintain records, and support company secretarial duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum [2-5] years of working experience in a legal or corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure the company’s practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
