Job summary

Austin Heights Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to promote and market available units, handle inquiries, site visits and viewings, and negotiate lease terms to close deals with tenants.

You will prepare tenancy agreements and related documents while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and prospects. Weekend availability and basic tenancy-law knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in leasing, property, or sales.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of tenancy laws and agreements.
• Able to work weekends or public holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market available units (residential, retail, or commercial)
• Handle inquiries, site visits, and property viewings
• Negotiate lease terms and close deals with tenants
• Prepare tenancy agreements and related documents
• Maintain good relationships with tenants and prospects
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing
• Ensure occupancy rates meet company targets
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams for unit readiness
• Manage renewals, terminations, and tenant complaints
