Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in property/real estate, business or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in property sales, leasing or related industries.
• Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills.
• Good sales closing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in dealing with customers, tenants, agents and business partners.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple prospects and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales and leasing opportunities for properties and assets.
• Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
• Conduct viewings, site visits and presentations to prospects.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Prepare quotations and sales/leasing proposals.

• Negotiate terms and escalate when required.
• Assist in closing deals and ensuring documentation.

Job description

To support and drive the Company's leasing and sales activities by identifying business opportunities, securing tenants and customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving agreed sales and leasing targets. The role is responsible for the full sales and leasing process, from prospecting and lead generation through viewing, negotiation, documentation, closing and post-sales/lease follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales and leasing opportunities for the Company's properties, projects, commercial spaces and other relevant assets.
• Generate leads through direct prospecting, referrals, networking, digital platforms, property portals, events and other appropriate channels.
• Conduct property viewings, site visits and presentations to prospective customers and tenants.
• Understand customer and tenant requirements and recommend suitable properties, units, spaces or packages.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and other sales/leasing materials.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients to convert leads into successful transactions.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and **escalate** matters requiring management approval.
• Assist in closing sales and leasing transactions and ensure proper completion of required documentation.
• Source and identify suitable tenants for vacant commercial, retail, office, industrial or other properties.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers, tenants, property agents and business partners.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Preferably 2-5 years of relevant experience in property sales, leasing, real estate, business development or related industries.
• Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills.
• Good sales closing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in dealing with customers, tenants, agents and business partners.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple prospects and transactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
