The role covers the full sales and leasing process from prospecting to closing and post-sales follow-up, with a focus on meeting targets and delivering exceptional service. Based in Ipoh, Malaysia, the position offers a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in property/real estate, business or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in property sales, leasing or related industries.
• Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills.
• Good sales closing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in dealing with customers, tenants, agents and business partners.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple prospects and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales and leasing opportunities for properties and assets.
• Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
• Conduct viewings, site visits and presentations to prospects.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Prepare quotations and sales/leasing proposals.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into transactions.
• Negotiate terms and escalate when required.
• Assist in closing deals and ensuring documentation.
• Source tenants for vacant commercial properties.
• Maintain relationships with customers, tenants and partners.
