Job summary

City Motors Group (CMG) is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Executive to support leasing, marketing and business development across the property portfolio. You will identify tenants, promote spaces, arrange viewings and prepare proposals to help achieve healthy occupancy and rental revenue.

You will need a diploma or degree in property management, real estate, marketing or related fields, with 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Job description

The Leasing & Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the leasing, marketing and business development activities of the Company's property portfolio and related business ventures. The role focuses on identifying and securing suitable tenants, maintaining healthy occupancy levels, generating rental revenue, promoting available properties, developing market opportunities and supporting the Company's overall commercial objectives. The position requires a combination of leasing, marketing, sales, customer relationship management, market research and business development skills, with the flexibility to support different property types, projects and other business activities across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential tenants, businesses, corporate clients and commercial operators
• Promote and market available units, commercial spaces, properties and other leasing opportunities
• Respond promptly to enquiries and arrange property viewings for prospective tenants
• Conduct property viewings and provide relevant information to prospective tenants
• Prepare leasing proposals, quotations and other relevant documentation
• Negotiate rental terms and commercial arrangements within approved parameters
• Coordinate with tenants, property agents, solicitors, property management, Finance and other relevant parties throughout the leasing process
• Develop and implement approved marketing activities to promote available properties and leasing opportunities
• Conduct market research on rental rates, competitors, customer profiles and market trends
• Maintain positive working relationships with existing tenants and monitor tenant satisfaction

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related discipline
• Preferably 2-5 years of relevant experience in property leasing, property marketing, real estate, sales or business development
• Good understanding of leasing processes, rental practices and basic property market dynamics
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a strong commercial mindset
• Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Willing to travel for property viewings, client meetings and business development activities when required
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport would be an advantage
