Job summary

Prestico Sdn Bhd (S'MART) is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing (Leasing) Manager to lead leasing, marketing and business development across the company’s property portfolio. You will identify and secure tenants, manage leasing processes and drive occupancy through targeted marketing initiatives.

The role demands strong negotiation, relationship-building and a proactive, results-driven mindset, with travel as required to oversee properties and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Leasing, Property Management, Business Development, Sales & Marketing or related fields.
• Proven track record in achieving sales, leasing or business development targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing and marketing strategies to attract new tenants and business partners.
• Manage the full leasing process, including prospecting, enquiries, negotiations, documentation and tenant onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents, business owners and strategic partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support leasing and rental strategies.
• Promote available properties and leasing opportunities through digital platforms, social media, property portals and networking activities.
• Conduct site viewings, prepare proposals and present leasing opportunities to prospective tenants.
• Monitor occupancy performance, leasing pipeline and rental trends to achieve business targets.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth tenancy management and operational support.
• Prepare regular leasing and marketing reports for Management review.
