Credit Bureau Malaysia is seeking a leasing professional to conduct market research and identify prospective tenants. The role includes preparing contracts, negotiating terms, and managing leasing documents, amendments, assignments and terminations.

You will liaise with tenants, consultants and mall management on plans, approvals, and tenancy documentation, ensuring contracts are signed and stamps obtained, while maintaining up-to-date tenancy records.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or professional equivalent in property/estate management, business admin, marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market research and identify prospective tenants.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate lease terms with tenants.
• Prepare leasing documentation and manage lease amendments, assignments and terminations.
• Liaise with tenants, consultants and mall management on plans and approvals.
