Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in retail development or related field.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Knowledge of local retail markets and property regulations is a plus.
