UEM Edgenta Bhd is seeking a dynamic professional to drive learning and development business opportunities and manage client engagements in Kuala Lumpur. The role emphasizes designing and delivering tailored programmes aligned with client needs and organisational goals.

You will coordinate with internal teams, trainers and SMEs, ensuring projects meet scope, timelines and budgets, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and capability development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management.
• Knowledge of competency management, instructional design, and learning programme delivery or administration.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop commercially viable learning solutions.
• Strong project coordination skills, managing multiple learning engagements, timelines, budgets and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business development by securing L&D opportunities from UEM Group subsidiaries and external clients to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and manage the L&D pipeline, including prospecting, proposals, pricing, contract closure and go-to-market strategies.
• Build and maintain client relationships, tailoring solutions and pursuing renewals and cross-selling.
• Lead end-to-end management of client engagements ensuring programmes meet scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Oversee design and customization of learning programmes including needs analysis, objectives, curriculum development and evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, trainers and SMEs to ensure planning, delivery and closure.
• Manage quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, payments and revenue reporting.
• Collaborate with HR to align learning initiatives with business priorities and culture.
