Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management.
• Knowledge of competency management, instructional design, and learning programme delivery or administration.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop commercially viable learning solutions.
• Strong project coordination skills, managing multiple learning engagements, timelines, budgets and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Drive business development by securing L&D opportunities from UEM Group subsidiaries and external clients to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and manage the L&D pipeline, including prospecting, proposals, pricing, contract closure and go-to-market strategies.
• Build and maintain client relationships, tailoring solutions and pursuing renewals and cross-selling.
• Lead end-to-end management of client engagements ensuring programmes meet scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Oversee design and customization of learning programmes including needs analysis, objectives, curriculum development and evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, trainers and SMEs to ensure planning, delivery and closure.
• Manage quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, payments and revenue reporting.
• Collaborate with HR to align learning initiatives with business priorities and culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development by identifying, pursuing and securing learning and development opportunities from UEM Group subsidiaries and external clients to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Develop and manage the business development pipeline, including client prospecting, proposal preparation, pricing negotiations, contract closure and go-to-market strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding learning needs, recommending tailored solutions and identifying opportunities for repeat business, renewals and cross-selling.
• Lead the end-to-end management of client engagements, ensuring learning programmes are designed and delivered according to agreed scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Oversee the design and customisation of learning programmes, including training needs analysis, learning objectives, curriculum development and programme effectiveness evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, trainers and subject matter experts to ensure effective programme planning, resource allocation, delivery and project closure.
• Manage commercial and administrative activities, including quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, payment follow-ups, client satisfaction monitoring and revenue performance reporting.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and management to align learning initiatives with business priorities, drive a strong learning culture, and support organisational capability development through coaching and continuous improvement.

Requirements
