Job summary

Padini Holdings Berhad is seeking a Senior Executive, Learning & Development to lead our training initiatives. You will manage attendance, coordinate with stakeholders, and source training providers to ensure high-quality delivery while controlling costs.

You will oversee grants, plan analyses, maintain training calendars, and drive engagement through e-learning and seminars. A strong background in HRD and a proactive, adaptable mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a learning and development role, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of learning principles and ability to design engaging training programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead nomination process, confirm attendance, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Source and evaluate training providers for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee external training applications, registrations, and bond agreements.
• Manage HRDC grant applications and related funding matters.
• Plan, develop, and manage Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Design and maintain training calendars (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Ensure curriculum database, attendance, and merit records are up to date.
• Supervise end-to-end training logistics, including on-site preparation.
• Coordinate team-building activities to foster collaboration and morale.
• Collect and analyze pre- and post-training feedback and update merit points.
• Prepare training reports to track effectiveness and KPIs.
• Oversee training-related quotations, billing, and materials; liaise on payments.
• Support development and improvement of training materials; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive employee engagement through e-learning, workshops, and seminars.
• Contribute to internal newsletters to enhance communication.
