Job summary

PROTASCO BERHAD is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the HR Manager in delivering training initiatives across the organisation. You will help run TNA analyses, coordinate training logistics, and liaise with external vendors to ensure effective programs for staff at all levels.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in HR/L&D, have at least 1 year of in-house training experience, and be proficient with MS Office. Strong communication in Bahasa and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in HR or L&D.
• At least 1 year in in-house training and external TNA.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent Bahasa and English.
• Experience with HRDCorp system.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Assist in Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps.
• Manage logistics for training programs including scheduling and registration.
• Coordinate with external training vendors and assist in vendor evaluation.
• Monitor training effectiveness via participant feedback.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and related reports.
• Track training budget and related expenses.
• Handle HRDCorp levy submissions, grants, and compliance.
• Conduct orientation programs for new staff.
• Support succession planning through talent development.
