Job summary

Cognizant seeks an experienced Trainer in Kuala Lumpur to develop and deliver engaging training programs across departments. You will assess needs, design curricula, and analyze outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of trainer experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with LMS platforms. The role involves coaching, scheduling, and ensuring training aligns with organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Education or related field.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to design and implement training programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and practices online and in person.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Trainer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs and materials.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and improvement initiatives.
• Assess and analyze training needs through surveys and data analysis.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to employees.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Prepare training schedules and manage logistics.
• Monitor and report on employee progress and performance post-training.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during training sessions.
• Building, maintaining, and growing positive relationships with client.
• Build analysis based reports
