Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking a Training Specialist to plan, deliver, and continually improve our training programs for new hires and existing staff. You will develop engaging materials, coordinate sessions, and assess training effectiveness to ensure high standards across our teams.

Strong presentation and English-language communication are essential, with experience in e-content and design development. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced or higher diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Prefer 2 years of related training experience.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct orientation sessions and plan/deliver the full training program for new hires.
• Develop new training programs, manuals, multimedia aids, and educational materials.
• Follow up on training programs to evaluate effectiveness.
