Job summary

RGP Asia Pacific in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead regional capability initiatives across EMEA. This hands-on role combines strategy, programme management and content development to deliver practical learning solutions.

You'll partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps, design learning roadmaps, manage end-to-end programmes, and drive impact through evaluation and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Learning & Development, training, talent development or organisational capability.
• Experience conducting learning needs analysis and developing practical learning solutions.
• Strong programme/project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Hours: 3:00pm–12:00am MYT, supporting EMEA

Duration: 12-month contract

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join a regional team supporting learning and capability initiatives across EMEA. You will be working with a global firm on an exciting project initiative.

This is a hands-on role combining L&D strategy, learning programme management, stakeholder engagement and content development. You will work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify capability needs, develop practical learning solutions and coordinate learning initiatives from planning through delivery and evaluation.

What you'll be doing:

• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and capability gaps
• Develop learning strategies, training roadmaps and delivery plans
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end learning programmes
• Support onboarding programmes and learning pathways
• Develop and enhance training materials, job aids and digital learning content
• Work with SMEs to translate business and technical information into learner-friendly content
• Track participation, completion, feedback and learning effectiveness
• Support learning requirements across Kuala Lumpur and the wider EMEA region

What we're looking for:

• Around 5+ years' experience in Learning & Development, training, talent development or organisational capability
• Experience conducting learning needs analysis and developing practical learning solutions
• Strong programme/project management and organisational skills
• Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles
• Experience with onboarding, curriculum management or capability-building initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills
• Comfortable working independently across cultures and time zones
• Finance-related experience would be advantageous, but is not essential

This would suit an L&D professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and is comfortable managing multiple learning initiatives in a regional environment.
