Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a site Continuous Improvement leader to drive improvement across the Plant Leadership Team, lead strategic planning, and manage the site continuous improvement plan.

You will coach cross‑functional teams on Lean concepts, promote a lean culture, ensure safety, quality, and delivery targets, and translate strategy into measurable results through hands‑on execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Minimum Experience: 5 years industrial experience in driving continuous improvement.
• Strong foundation and experience in implementing the core Lean concepts.
• Specialized Knowledge: Hoshin Planning, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standardized Work, TPM, Leader Standard Work, PMIP, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Planning and Hoshin Planning to identify site breakthroughs.
• Facilitate Lean Diagnosis Workshops to create strategic improvement plans.
• Coach teams to sustain and advance Lean maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and coach cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory.
