Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Lean Transformation professional to drive value stream alignment and continuous improvement across production lines. You will coach teams in value stream design sessions, Kaizen events, and Lean certifications, fostering a culture of improvement and respect for people.

A background in industrial engineering and Lean certification is preferred. The role emphasizes mentoring lean leaders, coordinating with finance on project impact, and sustaining Lean practices across the site

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Bronze Certification by Jabil or recognized organizations (ASQ/ SME/ Shingo) is desirable.
• 1–2 years experience in QE, IE, Planner, Line Manager or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Align value stream with Lean vision and strategy under the Lean Six Sigma Manager.
• Coach on value stream design, project prioritization, and Kaizen events.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce throughput time and improve value stream performance.
• Develop lean leaders and mentor Kaizen events, lean projects, and certification activities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with safety and company policies.
