Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a CI Manager to act as a site change agent driving improvement across all functions of the Plant Leadership Team. You will lead strategic planning, manage the site CI plan, coach hands-on, promote a lean culture, and ensure alignment with corporate Manufacturing Excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading Hoshin planning, facilitating Lean Diagnosis workshops, tracking financial impact, and sustaining the Production Monitoring

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience driving continuous improvement.
• Strong foundation and experience in implementing core Lean concepts.
• Experience with Hoshin Planning, value stream mapping and 5S.
• Exposure to manufacturing standard work, PMIP and lean problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Plant Leadership Team through annual planning and transformation initiatives.
• Manage and execute the site continuous improvement plan with measurable financial impact.
• Coach cross-functional teams during Integer Production System workshops.
• Promote Lean culture, engage workforce and align with corporate initiatives.
• Monitor site Lean maturity, sustain PMIP, and track progress of CI actions.
• Lead workshops, develop standard training materials, and drive problem solving on the floor.
