Job summary

HYDAC Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations and actively perform warehouse activities.

The role requires strong leadership, inventory control, and adherence to HSE standards. The candidate should have at least 5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior storekeeping role, and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Forklift operation and ERP/WMS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior storekeeping role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Forklift & Reach Truck experience/certification is an advantage.
• Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Coordinate stock transfers and material requests with other departments.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts, and stock takes.
• Perform incoming quality inspections (IQC) and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Operate forklift & reach truck and warehouse equipment safely.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, and Logistics teams on stock movements and customer requirements.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
• Perform material kitting, component cleaning, and cleanroom assembly activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
