Job summary

W.R. Grace in Kuantan, Malaysia, seeks a Warehouse Operator to join our Manufacturing Team. You will manage inbound and outbound materials, ensure accurate SAP transactions, and maintain safe, efficient warehouse operations on site.

You should have at least SPM with forklift driving certificate and 2-3 years of relevant experience. The role emphasizes safety, housekeeping, stock checks, and coordination with logistics and production teams in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• Must have SPM with forklift driving certificate.
• 2-3 years' experience in warehouse or related field.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and dispatching raw materials and packaging from/to forwarders, suppliers and production.
• Receiving and dispatching finished goods to forwarders, customers and production.
• Update SAP transactions and maintain accurate information and documentation timely.
• Liaise with forwarders and Logistics Dept for all inventory movements.
• Ensure goods leaving the warehouse are suitably packed for QC released products.
• Operate forklifts and maintain warehouse equipment.
• General housekeeping and safety in the warehouses.
• Safely conduct and supervise stuffing/unstuffing and loading/unloading activities.
• Participate in stock-taking activities.
• Carry out tasks delegated by the Supervisor.
