Job summary

Talent Trader Group seeks a Warehouse Supervisor/Manager for an automotive component plant in Malaysia. You will lead daily warehouse operations, ensure FIFO material flow, maintain 5S standards, and optimize space for production continuity.

Reporting to the PMC Manager and Plant Head, you will manage Kingdee ERP/WMS transactions, oversee inbound receipt, inventory accuracy, and outbound logistics while ensuring safety compliance and cross-functional coordination with PMC, Production,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of warehouse supervisory/management experience in manufacturing or automotive components.
• Proficiency with Kingdee ERP or similar ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong leadership, safety compliance, and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, staging and outbound shipping.
• Maintain FIFO, inventory accuracy, and space optimization with 5S standards.
• Manage Kingdee ERP/WMS transactions and reporting.
• Ensure EH&S compliance and safety training.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with PMC, Production, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics.
