Qualifications

Responsibilities

# Lead, *UX Research*Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaPermanent#### Duties & Responsibilities* Work collaboratively and strategically with Business, Product Managers, Designers, Data scientists, Marketing team and various other stakeholders to help shape and ship new products and features.* Build research roadmaps and conduct thoughtful research on company strategy, products, and services to help our growing base of users with focus on our growth and retention* Lead user research, remote testing, prototype testing, concept validation, survey design, competitive and comparative analysis, and other research methods.* Formulate user research findings into insights, and stories and actions that lead to valuable product features* Design and facilitate workshops, user research activities, stakeholder interviews and research critique sessions.* Ensure consistency and quality outcomes by providing best practice feedback and guidance in regular research critiques* Own, manage and maintain research repository#### Requirements* 5 years+ proven UX research working experience practising design / UX research* Having strong grasp of quantitative data analysis and statistics, as part of mixed methods approaches* Having an education in a human behaviour related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience)* Having good understanding of the design process and product management.* Having case studies portfolio to showcase past research projects that informed product solutions and outcome
