Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape product design direction and drive measurable impact across fintech experiences.

You will lead a design team, establish design systems, run design sprints, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver mobile and web apps.

The role emphasizes mentoring, stakeholder influencing, and building scalable design processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a UX / Product Design role.
• 2+ years leading a team of designers, writers and researchers.
• Strong understanding of DesignOps and best practices.
• Led a team of product designers, UX writers to ship products (mobile apps) successfully.
• Experienced with facilitating design sprints, ideation, user research, wireframes, prototyping, and visual design.

Responsibilities

• Be a holistic thinking partner with the head of product design in aligning design direction and strategies to scale and impact business.
• Facilitate change for design and product development teams, workflows, and improve the overall quality of projects.
• Influence stakeholders with reasonable user experience strategies to achieve business goals and growth within the organisation
• Create an environment to inspire, encourage creativity, challenge established thinking, and identify industry best practices for user experience within the team
• Be data-driven and incorporate data analysis, feedback through testing to validation of concepts and experience paradigm
• Manage internal team’s velocity within multiple work streams in a fast-paced, changing environment with cross-team dependencies
• Effectively communicate team’s goals, be the mentor and leader to the entire team
