Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven UX research experience.
• Strong grasp of quantitative data analysis and statistics.
• Degree in a human behaviour related field or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of the design process and product management.
• Portfolio with case studies showing research-driven product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business, Product, Designers, Data Scientists, Marketing and stakeholders to shape and ship new products and features.
• Build research roadmaps and conduct research on company strategy, products and services to aid growth and retention.
• Lead user research, remote testing, prototype testing, concept validation and surveys.
• Translate findings into insights, stories and actions that drive valuable product features.
• Design and facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and research critiques.
