Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of team-lead experience.
• Proven team leadership with track record of success.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written Japanese communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multinational team analyzing web data for a major client.
• Identify workflow, team structure, user experience improvements and propose solutions.
• Manage ad-hoc projects and process improvements per client needs.
• Interface effectively with delivery leads and client teams.
• Manage the team's performance and act as career counselor.
