Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field with 7+ years engineering leadership experience; a Master’s or MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of engineering experience including supervision.
• Master's or MBA degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing strategy development and execution for complex products.
• Coordinate test engineering activities across design, fabrication, and software teams.
• Evaluate and report test results; mentor technicians and operators.
• Define test conditions and ensure projects meet time and budget targets.
• Communicate risks and testing plans to clients and management.
