Flextronics Technology (Penang) Sdn Bhd in Senai, Johor is seeking a Test Manager to lead testing activities for electronic products and software systems. The role involves directing engineers and technicians, developing test strategies, and ensuring test data integrity for high-tech electronics production.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field with about 4 years of test engineering experience, and be proficient in ICT, FCT, IC programming, and PCBA tester

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.
• 4 years of experience in test engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area.
• Knowledge of ICT, FCT, IC programming and PCBA/tester troubleshooting

Responsabilidades

• Directs and coordinates testing teams and technicians in development and production environments.
• Develops test programs using languages like Python, Lab View, or similar.
• Controls and analyzes test data, writes reports, and coordinates corrective actions for yield improvements.
• Trains floor staff on test hardware/software and problem-solving techniques.
