Job summary

Flex in Prai, Penang is seeking an Assistant Test Engineering Manager to lead testing and validation activities for electronic hardware and software. You will guide test programs, coordinate ICT and Flying Probe testing, and drive process improvement to ensure quality and reliability.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least six years in test engineering, with hands-on ICT experience. Expertise with automated test equipment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in the Test Engineering field.
• Hands-on ICT and Flying Probe Testing experience.
• Experience with automated test equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates testing and test control development for electronic/ software systems.
• Leads calibration, data recording, and analysis of test results.
• Develops and maintains test plans, procedures and documentation.
• Trains floor staff on test hardware and software and resolves test issues.
• Interprets data and prepares technical reports for engineering teams.
