Job summary

Faithview Group in Malacca invites applications for a Site Supervisor role overseeing day-to-day construction activities on high-scale projects. You will report to the Project Manager and coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure work is on schedule and meets quality standards.

Candidates should hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or equivalent, with 2-3 years of site supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin; Mandarin speakers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager and assist in overall site management.
• Supervise daily site operations and ensure tasks run smoothly on the ground.
• Organize and oversee construction activities to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings and procedures.
• Collaborate with main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Prepare project progress reports and participate in coordination meetings; help resolve site issues.
