Agensi Pekerjaan Executive Recruiters is recruiting a Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager for a property development company in Melaka. The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with consultants, authorities, and the main contractor to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

You will own planning, scheduling, and execution, review designs for value and ensure compliance with regulations while managing costs and reporting progress monthly.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–10 years of site-based experience in property development.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• Must have own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, coordination and execution.
• Serve as liaison between developer, consultants, authorities, and main contractor.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within approved budgets.
• Review design submissions and perform value engineering before tender stage.
• Monitor project costs and minimize variation orders (VOs).
• Supervise architectural and building works to meet project standards.
• Ensure on-site activities adhere to drawings, specs and local regulations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
