The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering, has 8+ years as a project lead in large-scale construction, and can communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 8+ years as project lead on mid-to-large-scale construction projects.
• Experience across township, landed and high-rise residential, plus commercial/industrial development.
• Proficiency in project management techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for land, planning, safety, and environment.
• Strong communication in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Form a dedicated team to drive and oversee successful execution of development projects.
• Develop strategic plans and clearly define the objectives and goals of each project.
• Manage and coordinate project resources for optimal utilization.
• Work with senior management to identify, monitor, and resolve risks and issues related to delivery, including financial performance, quality standards, and timelines.
• Apply value engineering strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage all aspects of pre- and post-contract activities.
• Track and resolve project risks and challenges, ensuring adherence to budgets, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Oversee team-specific tasks with attention to detail to prevent issues proactively and cost escalations.
