Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Academy team to grow, manage and deliver professional qualification and certification programmes for clients and learners. You will drive programme management, stakeholder engagement, and learning delivery, working with clients, professional bodies and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in professional education and a passion for lifelong learning, with proven skills in project

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years in professional education or related fields.
Knowledge of professional qualifications or certification programmes is advantageous.
Strong project management, problem solving, communication and influencing skills.
Proficient in data analytics and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage programmes from enrolment through to completion, certification and reporting.
Coordinate programme timelines, communications, resources and stakeholder engagement activities.
Support and manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project objectives.
Monitor learner progress, programme performance and key metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Conduct programme evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
