• English language proficiency required (oral and written).

As a Senior Manager - Assurance, you will lead and manage client engagements within our Assurance practice, focusing on delivering quality financial statement audits. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional experience to drive project success, providing strategic input and maintaining operational excellence. You will be responsible for building trust with multi‑level teams and stakeholders, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems, and applying sound judgment in decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Leading external audit engagements and managing client relationships effectively
• Guiding teams in the application of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards
• Utilizing analytical thinking and data analysis to enhance audit quality and insights
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address financial reporting challenges
• Developing and overseeing the implementation of auditing methodologies and compliance auditing processes
• Promoting the use of innovative technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms in audit processes
• Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within financial reporting frameworks
• Identifying opportunities for optimizing audit processes and improving financial performance

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting or Chartered Accountant or equivalent (such as ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia)
• At least 6 years of experience
• At least one of the following: US Licensed CPA, Malaysian Licensed CPA or CPA/CA Equivalent in another Territory (such as ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia, etc)
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
