UBM Tech Research Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a seasoned Research Analyst in Primary Research & Customer Insights to generate market perspectives from demand-side data.

You will lead complex primary research projects, design survey instruments, and synthesize findings into actionable insights for clients across industries. Collaboration with analysts and clients is essential to deliver high-value outcomes and rigorous methodologies.

Formación

• Experience in research, data analysis, or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exposure to research methodologies, data acquisition, and operational workflows.
• Strong quantitative analysis expertise and analytical skills to manage large datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-quality primary research projects that create market-based perspectives.
• Direct and manage on-time delivery of complex primary research projects.
• Lead collaboration with analysts, clients, and research partners to design and validate survey instruments.
• Oversee and optimize fielding of survey projects meeting quotas and troubleshoot sampling challenges.
• Drive and implement innovative methodologies for insights from primary research.
• Lead and champion the creation of new research panel communities feeding research services.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners and internal clients.
• Mentor and develop junior research analysts in design, analysis, and management.
• Author and oversee the creation of research reports based on primary findings.
