Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in research, data analysis, or related roles.

• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in research methodologies, data acquisition, and operational workflows.
• Strong quantitative analysis expertise and ability to interpret large datasets.
• Strong secondary research skills and ability to aggregate information into actions.
• Experience with tools like Qualtrics, SPSS, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality primary research projects for syndicated services and insights.
• Direct and manage on-time delivery of complex primary research projects.
• Design and validate survey instruments with guidance on methodology.
• Oversee fielding of surveys and manage quotas and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive innovative methodologies to enhance analytical techniques.
• Develop research panel communities feeding core research services.
• Mentor junior researchers on design, analysis, and project management.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing, training sessions, and best practices.
• Author and oversee research reports based on findings.
