Informa TechTarget, a leading technology research firm, is seeking a skilled Research Analyst, Primary Research & Customer Insights. You will drive market insights from demand-side methods and manage end-to-end primary research across sectors, delivering actionable outcomes for clients.

You will collaborate with analysts, clients, and partners to design rigorous surveys, validate instruments, and ensure timely delivery while mentoring junior analysts and contributing to knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Experience in research, data analysis, or related roles.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills and ability to manage large datasets.
• Familiar with research methodologies, data acquisition, and operational workflows.
• Experience with analytical tools like Qualtrics, SPSS, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality primary research projects to inform market perspectives for syndicated services.
• Direct on-time delivery of complex research projects for consulting engagements.
• Design and validate survey instruments to produce high-value metrics.
• Oversee fielding of survey projects and manage sampling challenges.
